The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to 石山精選 (Shishan Select). 石山精選 operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in connection with your orders, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). 石山精選 is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced here (the "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Section 3 - Orders
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. 石山精選 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until 石山精選 confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, because after an order has been accepted 石山精選 may not be able to fulfill a request to cancel it. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number you provided when you placed it.
Products you purchase can be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Your purchase is for your personal or household use only and may not be used for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 - Prices and billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is submitted, and will be shown in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, published prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling fees, duties or import charges.
Prices published in our online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores, online stores or other shops operated by third parties. From time to time we may offer service promotions that affect pricing; these are governed by separate terms and conditions outside these Terms. If there is a conflict between the promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion's terms prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card number and expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use that credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges you incur will be paid by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the charges you incur at the published prices, including shipping and handling fees and all applicable taxes (if any).
Section 5 - Shipping and delivery
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events beyond our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Section 6 - Intellectual property
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and their design, selection and arrangement, are owned by 石山精選, its affiliates or its licensors, and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.
Section 7 - Optional tools
As part of the Services, you may get access to customer tools provided by third parties, which we neither monitor nor control nor take any part in.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We will have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

石山精選 is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sale or purchase you make in our store is made directly with 石山精選. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and 石山精選, including any injury, damage or loss arising from the purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with 石山精選.

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, but a failure to give prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced by it. We may control the defense and settlement of such claims (including the choice of counsel) at your expense, but we may not settle any claim that imposes a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You must cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies or operating rules we post on this site or that relate to the Services, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, communications and proposals between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of these Terms of Service).
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

You and 石山精選 agree that such courts have jurisdiction and personal jurisdiction.
